Here's the kit

Area cleared and ready to go. Malcolm is starting with the wing

That's the wing finished.

Now, on to the tail feathers

And now for the fuse

Malcolm has decided to make this model electric, instead of the 120 IC version
Using an E-Flite Brushless outrunner motor, 295kv
JP-Opto 100 amp Speed controller
Turnigy 5800 MAH Battery

Modifications were required to accommodate the Electric motor and battery

Test fit the motor

And.. The finished product....

Well.. I missed the maiden flight, and also subsequent flights.. but.. at last.. we were at the field together

Sure looks nice, and flies beautifully

Malcom gets 3 x 8 minute flights on one battery charge..
